Use this form if you want support to review a RydStation account deletion request, even when you cannot sign in.
What happens next
Enter the name and mobile number on the account. The service gives the same reply whether or not it finds a match, then support checks matching details before acting. Please do not submit someone else’s details.
The current build does not publish a final deletion or record-retention timetable. The rules for records linked to payments, disputes or legal obligations still need legal and operational approval.
